8 Pc Set Imperial Madeira Embroider Oval Linen Placemats Napkins

A superb set of Imperial hand embroidered Madeira linen placemats & napkins, four of each. Scalloped buttonhole stitched edges all around the oval placemats, and one corner of each napkin. The linen is off white, but has not yet been washed. The embroidery is done in chartreuse. Each oval placemat measures about 13x19, and the napkins measure about 16 inches with one hand embroidered corner and three hand hemmed edges. All pieces are in fine shape and still retain their original label, made in Portugal.
